Satisfaction Guarantee

If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again within one year, we will return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we will fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we will treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house. If the machine is not worth spending any additional money on, we will remove any parts we installed and give you back the original labor cost. If a part is required to complete the repair, we warranty the part and labor for 1 year*. Should the same part fail during the 1 year warranty period, we will return and replace the part for free. If the failure is due to another problem, normal labor charges will still apply.


* The following exceptions have no warranty:

Water filters, cosmetic parts or non-functional parts, such as but not limited to; glass cook tops, glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, doors, door liners, shelves, etc. Best Day Appliance obligations under this warranty will expire in the event a part is no longer available from the original manufacturer.

Warranty Job Liability Disclaimer

Best Day Appliance shall not be held liable for any damage or incidents that may occur to other appliances in close proximity to the appliance covered under warranty (Lowes, Home Depot, etc..), during the course of repair or maintenance activities.

Discounts and Coupons

We offer online specials and discounts available through select business partners. Discounts and coupons are valid during normal working hour and must be presented during time of diagnosis. Coupons cannot be combined with other specials or offers and must be disclosed prior to the completion of the service call.

Job Rate Pricing

We follow industry standard blue book pricing which bases the cost of the repair on the type of appliances and the difficulty of the repair. This charge includes the trip to your location, any necessary return visits and whatever time it takes to diagnose and repair the appliance. This has been recognized as the best way to charge for service as you are never subjected to paying by time or paying more when you have a simple repair. Rest assured you will be provided a complete estimate before any work is done so you know what to expect.


All services are performed on a C.O.D. basis. We currently accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express. Credit & Debit transactions have zero transaction fees!

Re-quoting a Repair

On a rare basis, a technician may give a quote that cannot be fulfilled. This can happen for several reasons including; the original part is no longer available, the part or labor price changes, or the repair requires additional updated assemblies. We will do our best to keep the repair cost as affordable as possible. Should the cost exceed a reasonable amount, you have the option of a deposit refund minus the service charge fee.

Parts Orders

Best Day Appliance is backed by multiple local and nationwide parts distribution centers to virtually guarantee the parts needed for a repair are available. Sometimes it is necessary to order special parts that are unique to your appliance model. In this case we order your part as soon as possible using our state of the art system. Parts orders usually take between 3 and 14 working days. Your job quote includes standard shipping. Should you request a rush order, we can arrange it at an additional cost.


At Best Day Appliance, we adhere to manufacturers' policies, which dictate that once a part has been ordered, cancellations are not possible. As a standard practice, we require a deposit equivalent to the combined cost of the parts and the service call.


In instances where a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen difficulties, such as unavailability of a required part or a changed diagnosis, we offer a refund equal to half of your deposit, excluding the service charge fee. Once parts are installed, our vendors consider them "used". To ensure fairness, we split the part cost in half, allowing both parties to minimize losses. Please allow 10 working days for the processing of refunds. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Inclement Weather

We don't get many snow days in the area, but if it does fall, we will make every attempt to get to any scheduled service calls in a safe manner. We do reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service calls if we feel it is unsafe for our technicians to be on the roads.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Service Policies with no prior notice.
